12 13 14 I. INTRODUCTION Pursuant to the Court’s November 17, 2020 Case Management and Pretrial Order, Plaintiffs filed a Proposed Plan of Notice to Rule 23(b)(3) Class Members on December 11, 2020. The Court has set a deadline for disseminating class notices of January 29, 2021. During the course of briefing, the parties resolved some of their disputes. Additional meet and confer efforts after the initial round of briefing was completed resulted in further concessions and proposals by Defendants, as well as a new proposed long-form notice from Defendants, filed on January 13, 2021.
