9 Plaintiff Telebrands Corp. (“Telebrands”) filed the complaint in this action on February 4, 10 2021 asserting claims against Defendants VindEx Solutions LLC (“VindEx”), Cornerstone 11 Trading, LLC (“Cornerstone”), Gloria Business, Inc. (“Gloria”), Techno Zone, LLC (“Techno 12 Zone”), Okapi, LLC (“Okapi”), Henan Derun New Material Technology Co., Ltd. (“Henan 13 Derun”), Shen Zhen Hei Shi Investment Ltd. (“Shen Zhen”), and XNH US (“XNH”) (collectively 14 “Defendants”) for violations of state unfair competition laws. See Compl., ECF 1.
