12 13 Pending before the Court is Defendant Thomson Reuters Corporation’s (“Thomson Reuters’s”) motion to dismiss Plaintiffs Cat Brooks and Rasheed Shabazz’s complaint pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(b)(6). See Docket No. 28 (“Mot.”). For the following reasons, the Court GRANTS in part and DENIES in part Thomson Reuters’s motion to dismiss. I. BACKGROUND Plaintiffs’ complaint alleges as follows.
