14 Plaintiffs filed this lemon law action under California’s Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act regarding issues with their 2016 Dodge Ram 1500 vehicle. Following mediation, the parties reached a settlement of Plaintiffs’ legal claims and Plaintiffs filed the now pending motion for attorneys’ fees and costs. (Dkt. No. 28.) After carefully considering the parties’ briefs and the relevant legal authority, the Court concludes that oral argument is unnecessary, see Civ. L.R. 7- 1(b), VACATES the April 1, 2021 hearing, and GRANTS IN PART and DENIES IN PART Plaintiffs’ motion for attorneys’ fees and costs.
