12 Plaintiff Eugene Fooksman moved to enter default judgment against defendants Hunter Abramson and Cairn Capital Holdings, d/b/a The Cairn Companies, LLC, on February 16, 2021. Dkt. No. 25; see also Dkt. No. 22 (entry of default). Magistrate Judge Thomas S. Hixson issued a report and recommendation on March 11, 2021, requesting reassignment to a district judge and recommending that the motion be granted and damages and attorney’s fees be awarded. Report and Recommendation (“R&R”) [Dkt. No. 29]. No party has filed objections to the report and recommendation and the time for objecting has expired. See Fed. R. Civ. P. 72(b).
