INTRODUCTION Plaintiff Tatyana Drevaleva, pro se, asserted claims against Defendants the United States Department of Veterans Affairs (the “Department”) and the Secretary of Veterans Affairs (the “Secretary”)1 related to the termination of Drevaleva’s employment.
