13 Before the Court is defendant G & G Risk Management Consultants, Inc.’s (“G & G”) “Motion to Stay,” filed November 15, 2021. Plaintiffs Ohio Security Insurance Company (“Ohio Security”) and American Fire and Casualty Company (“American Fire”) have filed opposition, to which G & G has replied. Having considered the papers filed in support of and in opposition to the motion, the Court rules as follows.2 BACKGROUND3 In the instant action, plaintiffs “seek a declaration that they have no duty to defend or indemnify G & G . . . in connection with an underlying lawsuit, titled Deaton v.
