Synergy seeks an order requiring Defendants City and County of San Francisco and Mayor London Breed to (1) confirm that they have sought and obtained correspondence from Mayor Breed’s personal computer and personal email account related to the matters in Synergy’s case, (2) take immediate steps to preserve any such correspondence, and (3) certify their preservation of such correspondence.
