CER MECHANICAL CORPORATION, Defendant. 12 13 Before me is plaintiffs’ motion for default judgment seeking to collect unpaid contributions, liquidated damages, interest on unpaid or delinquent contributions, and attorneys’ fees and costs. Defendant CER Mechanical Corporation (“CER”) has not appeared in this case and no opposition to the motion has been filed. I find this motion is suitable for decision without oral argument and VACATE the hearing scheduled for April 14, 2021. See Civ. L. R. 7-1(b). Plaintiffs satisfy the standard for default judgment and demonstrate that the requested relief is appropriate. Their motion for default judgment is GRANTED.
