This is an action for trade secret misappropriation, breach of contract, and unfair competition relating to proprietary recipes for a Vietnamese beverage business. Plaintiff Bambu Franchising, LLC (“Plaintiff” or “Bambu Franchising”) seeks a preliminary injunction against all Defendants. Dkt. No. 20. Defendants have filed oppositions (Dkt. Nos. 23, 48), and Plaintiff filed reply briefs (Dkt. No. 29, 52). The matter was heard on May 6, 2021. For the reasons stated below, the motion for preliminary injunction is GRANTED in part. I.
