Plaintiffs Jon Reed, Laura Berry, Frank Eugene Moore III, and Gabriel Smithson are homeless individuals who currently reside at the Ashby/Shellmound encampment (Encampment), located at 6701 Shellmound Street, Emeryville, California. Complaint ¶ 1. Where Do We Go Berkeley (WDWG) is a 501(c)(3) organization made up of homeless and housing insecure individuals and advocates that provides services for residents of the Ashby/Shellmound Encampment. Id. ¶ 17.
