12 Before the Court is defendant County of Alameda’s (“the County”) Motion, filed April 9, 2021, “to Dismiss Plaintiffs’ First Amended Complaint,” pursuant to Rule 12(b)(6) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. Plaintiffs have filed opposition, to which the County has replied.
