12 Pending before the Court are the motions for final approval of class action settlement and for attorneys’ fees, costs, and incentive award, filed by Plaintiffs Ryan Richards, Ruba Ayoub, Brandy Terbay, and Tracy Cummings. Dkt. Nos. 49, 52. The Court held a final fairness hearing on April 29, 2021. For the reasons detailed below, the Court GRANTS final approval.
