17 Plaintiff, a state prisoner at the Salinas Valley State Prison (“SVSP”), filed the instant pro se civil rights action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983 against SVSP prison staff. Dkt. No. 1. The matter was transferred to this Court from the Eastern District on August 3, 2020. Dkt. Nos. 6, 7. The Court dismissed the complaint with leave to amend. Dkt. No. 20.
