13 Before the Court is plaintiffs Proofpoint, Inc. ("Proofpoint") and Cloudmark LLC's ("Cloudmark") Motion, filed April 23, 2021, "to Exclude Testimony of James Pooley, Anthony Ferrante, Christopher Bakewell, Dr. Paul Clark, and Dr. Aaron Striegel." Defendants Vade Secure, Inc. and Vade Secure SASU (collectively, "Vade Secure") and defendant Olivier Lemarié ("Lemarié") have filed opposition, to which plaintiffs have replied. Having read and considered the parties' respective written submissions, the Court rules as follows.1 By the instant motion, plaintiffs seek to exclude the testimony of five defense expert witnesses.
