12 The Court previously granted Plaintiff’s Application to Proceed in Forma Pauperis. (Dkt. No. 6.) It must now review the complaint’s allegations under 28 U.S.C. § 1915. Because Plaintiff’s claims for misrepresentation under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f)(2) and intentional infliction of emotional distress (“IIED”) do not comply with Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 8, the Court gives Plaintiff the opportunity to amend the complaint. Also pending before the Court is Plaintiff’s motion to appoint counsel. (Dkt. No. 3.) For the reasons explained below, the Court DENIES the motion.
