BACKGROUND Plaintiffs N.N. and her mother T.T. filed this action against defendant Mountain View-Los Altos Union High School District (“District”), seeking judicial review of an administrative decision under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (“IDEA”), 20 U.S.C. §§ 1400, et seq. Plaintiffs also assert claims for violation of Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, 29 U.S.C. §§ 749, et seq., and for violation of Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act, 42 U.S.C. §§ 12132, et seq.
