Presently before the Court is Defendant Barracuda Networks, Inc.’s (“Barracuda”) motion requesting an order requiring Plaintiff Redisegno.com, S.A. DE C.V. (“Redisegno”) to post an undertaking for costs and attorney’s fees pursuant to California Civil Procedure Code § 1030. Having considered the Parties’ papers, the Court GRANTS Barracuda’s motion.1 I.
