I. INTRODUCTION This is a pro se civil rights complaint under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 filed by Plaintiff, a former state prisoner, in which he raises claims stemming from medical care he received for his ankle at Correctional Training Facility (“CTF”) and previously at Sierra Conservation Center (“SCC”) and High Desert State Prison (“HDSP”). He seeks monetary damages. Plaintiff has named the following Defendants at CTF: Chief Medical Executive at the California Correctional Health Care Services (“CCHCS”) S. Posson; Warden C.
