12 Pending before the Court is the unopposed motion for preliminary approval of class action settlement filed by Plaintiffs Anne Kastler, Saul Andrade, and Anthonicia Stallings. Dkt. No. 87 (“Mot.”). The parties have reached a settlement regarding Plaintiffs’ claims and now seek preliminary court approval. On July 22, 2021, the Court held a hearing on the parties’ motions for preliminary approval. For the reasons set forth below, the Court GRANTS Plaintiffs’ motion for preliminary approval of class action settlement. I. BACKGROUND A.
