12 13 This matter came before the Court for hearing on August 19, 2021, pursuant to the Court’s Preliminary Approval Order dated March 31, 2021 (Docket No. 205), and on the motion (“Motion”; Docket No. 208) for final approval of the Amended Class Settlement Agreement, dated March 31, 2021, entered into by the Parties (the “Settlement Agreement”; Docket No. 204- 1), as well as Settlement Class Counsel’s motion for an award of attorneys’ fees, costs, and service awards (Docket No. 209).
