14 Defendant StarSteve, LLC (“StarSteve”) has filed a Motion for Review of the Clerk’s Taxation of E-Discovery Costs, arguing that the Clerk improperly denied its request for $14,804.00 in electronic discovery costs. See Mot., ECF 530. No response to the motion has been filed by Plaintiff Sumotext Corporation (“Sumotext”) or any other party. The Court finds the motion suitable for decision without oral argument.
