Plaintiffs Erickson Productions, Inc. (“Erickson Productions”) and Jim Erickson (together, “Erickson”) move pursuant to the Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. § 505, for an award of attorneys’ fees and costs in this copyright infringement action. [Docket No. 382.] Pro se Defendant Kraig Kast opposes the motion. [Docket No. 388.] This matter is suitable for decision without a hearing. Civ. L.R. 7-1(b). For the following reasons, the motion is granted in part and denied in part. The court will determine the amount of attorneys’ fees and costs to which Erickson is entitled following supplemental briefing. I.
