On August 21, 2020, Plaintiff Simon Streets (“Streets”) filed suit against Defendants Space Systems/Loral, LLC (“SSL”) and Maxar Technologies Holdings Inc. (“Maxar”) (collectively “Defendants”) in the Superior Court of Santa Clara County, California. Notice of Removal, Ex. A (“Compl.”), Dkt. No. 1. Streets alleges age and disability discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, failure to accommodate, negligence, and unlawful, unfair, and fraudulent business practices, in violation of California and federal law.
