I. INTRODUCTION Plaintiff W.W.1 brings this action challenging the final decision of Defendant Kilolo Kijakazi,2 Acting Commissioner of Social Security (the “Commissioner”), denying W.W.’s application for disability benefits. The parties filed cross motions for summary judgment pursuant to Civil Local Rule 16-5. For the reasons discussed below, W.W.’s motion is GRANTED, the Commissioner’s motion is DENIED, and the case is REMANDED for further administrative proceedings consistent with this order.3 II. BACKGROUND A. Education and Employment History W.W. was born on February 15, 1955. Administrative Record (“AR,” dkt. 24) at 221.
