Now before the Court are the following motions: (1) plaintiff’s motion to exclude the expert opinions and testimony of Ms. Rochelle Spandorf (Dkt. No. 93); and (2) defendants’ motion to exclude the expert reports of Mr. Mark C. Siebert and Ms. Susan Gruenberg. (Dkt. No. 93.) Having carefully considered the pleadings and papers submitted, and for the reasons set forth more fully below, the Court HEREBY ORDERS as follows: (1) plaintiff’s motion to exclude the expert opinions and testimony of Ms. Spandorf is GRANTED; (2) defendant’s motion to exclude the expert report of Ms. Gruenberg is GRANTED AS MOOT in light of the exclusion of Ms. Spandorf; and (3) defendant’s motion to exclude the expert report of Mr. Siebert is DENIED.1 Federal Rule of Evidence 702 permits opinion testimony by an expert…
