INTRODUCTION The Court has considered the parties’ Motion for Final Approval of Class Action Settlement (“Motion for Final Approval”), Dkt. 106, the objections of class members who have appeared in this action, and the supplemental materials submitted in response to the Court’s Order for Supplemental Materials, Dkt. 127, along with the entire record in this case and the related cases.
