13 The motion to dismiss of defendants West Coast Wine Partners, LLC (“WCWP”), and Bacas Holdings, Ltd., came on for hearing before this court on October 7, 2021. Plaintiff appeared through its counsel, Christopher Passarelli and Brett Leininger. Defendants appeared through their counsel, Kimberly Corcoran. Having read the papers filed by the parties and carefully considered their arguments and the relevant legal authority, and good cause appearing, the court hereby GRANTS defendant’s motion to dismiss the first cause of action for rescission of contract.
