INTRODUCTION Plaintiff William Fobbs accepted an offer of judgment under Rule 68 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure that Defendant the Secretary of the Air Force (the “Secretary”) served on May 4, 2021. That accepted offer included “reasonable attorneys’ fees to the date of this offer in an amount to be determined by the Court.” Dkt. 68-1 ¶ 3. Fobbs now moves for attorneys’ fees. The Court held a hearing on October 15, 2021. For the reasons discussed below, the motion is GRANTED in part and DENIED in part.1 II. BACKGROUND A.
