On August 19, 2021, Plaintiff and Defendants simultaneously moved to amend their respective infringement (dkt. 56) and invalidity (dkt. 58) contentions. Both motions are fully briefed and ripe for decision, and pursuant to Civil Local R. 7-1(b), the undersigned finds that these matters are suitable for disposition without oral argument.
