12 Pending before the Court is Defendant S.C. Johnson & Son, Inc.’s motion to stay this action pending final approval of the class settlement in Clark v. S.C. Johnson & Son, Inc., Case No. RG20067897 in Alameda Superior Court (“Clark”). Dkt. No. 64. The Court finds this matter appropriate for disposition without oral argument and the matter is deemed submitted. See Civil L.R. 7-1(b). For the reasons detailed below, the Court GRANTS the motion. I. BACKGROUND The parties are familiar with the facts of this case, and the Court only briefly summarizes them here as relevant to the pending motion to stay.
