12 Plaintiff M.F.1 appeals a final decision of the Commissioner of Social Security (“Commissioner”)2 denying her applications for disability insurance benefits and supplemental security income under Titles II and XVI of the Social Security Act (“Act”), 42 U.S.C. §§ 423, 1381, et seq. M.F. contends the administrative law judge (“ALJ”) erred in four respects. First, M.F. contends that the ALJ erred in improperly evaluating the medical opinion of examining psychologist Dr. San Pedro. Second, M.F. contends the ALJ erred in failing to identify M.F.’s PTSD as a medically determinable and severe impairment.
