M.H. contends that: (1) the ALJ failed to provide specific, clear, and convincing reasons for discounting M.H.’s testimony regarding her fibromyalgia symptoms; (2) the ALJ erred in his evaluation of the medical opinion testimony; and (3) the denial of M.H.’s application was constitutionally defective because the statute governing the removal of the Commissioner of Social Security is unconstitutional.
