Plaintiff Wunderwerks, Inc. (“plaintiff” or “Wunderwerks”) alleges defendants Dual Beverage Company LLC (“DBC”), WNDER, LTD (“Wnder”), and DOES 1-10, collectively “defendants,” infringe plaintiff’s trademark and should be preliminarily enjoined from doing so.
