INTRODUCTION Plaintiff Peter Todd Williams, pro se, asserts a claim against his former employer Defendant Lawrence Livermore National Security, LLC (“LLNS”) for retaliation in violation of the False Claims Act (“FCA”). Based on concerns regarding confidentiality and the logistical challenges of litigating claims involving sensitive information, LLNS moves to strike certain allegations of Williams’s complaint under Rule 12(f) and for a protective order governing discovery.
