Balsara d/b/a Sage Motel (“Sage Motel”), Gangaben A. Patel Trust 2000 d/b/a Holiday Motel (“Holiday Motel”) (collectively, the “Defendant Hotels”), Kairos Unlimited Counseling Services (“Kairos”), and Craigslist, Inc.
