13 Defendants Appirio Inc. (“Appirio”) and Daniel Lascell move to dismiss plaintiff Arcsona Inc.’s (“Arcsona”) first amended complaint against them for promissory fraud. Dkt. Nos. 47, 49. The Court held a hearing on the motions on December 7, 2021. Dkt. No. 62. Having considered the parties’ submissions and arguments, the Court grants defendants’ motions to dismiss with prejudice.1 I.
