16 I. INTRODUCTION 17 Plaintiffs move for default judgment against Defendant Rhodium Integrated Services in 18 this action brought under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (“ERISA”). Plaintiffs 19 seek an award of outstanding employer contributions, liquidated damages, interest, attorneys’ fees 20 and costs, and an injunction requiring Rhodium to comply with the audit of payroll records 21 according to the terms of their Bargaining and Trust Agreements. For the reasons further set forth 22 below, the motion is granted. 23 II.
