I. INTRODUCTION Plaintiffs move for default judgment against Defendant Rhodium Integrated Services in this action brought under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (“ERISA”). Plaintiffs seek an award of outstanding employer contributions, liquidated damages, interest, attorneys’ fees and costs, and an injunction requiring Rhodium to comply with the audit of payroll records according to the terms of their Bargaining and Trust Agreements.
