12 Before the Court are Sweta Sonthalia and Stadium Capital LLC’s (“Stadium”) competing Motions for Appointment as Lead Plaintiff and Lead Counsel in this securities class action brought by Plaintiff Asif Mehedi against View, Inc. (“View”) and its CEO Rao Mulpuri and CFO Vidul Prakash (“Individual Defendants”). Mr. Mehedi brings claims on behalf of a putative class of investors who bought View securities between November 30, 2020 and August 16, 2021 (the “Class Period”) and allegedly suffered losses based on View’s making materially false or misleading statements and failing to disclose material adverse facts about the company’s business, including warranty costs and internal controls.
