(ECF No. 17, “B&B Mot.”) and the other 16 brought by Defendant Markel Insurance Company (ECF No. 16, “Markel Mot.”). Both 17 Defendants seek to dismiss the complaint in its entirety, although for different reasons due to the 18 different roles they allegedly played in issuing the insurance policy at issue.
