I. INTRODUCTION Plaintiff Tonette Vazquez brought this action asserting discrimination and harassment claims against Defendant the Secretary of Transportation (the “Secretary”) based on Ms. Vazquez’s former employment with the Transportation Security Administration (“TSA”). The Secretary moves to enforce a settlement agreement placed on the record at a settlement conference before the Honorable Sallie Kim. The Court held multiple evidentiary hearings to hear testimony from Ms. Vazquez and her former pro bono attorneys. For the reasons discussed below, the Secretary’s motion is GRANTED.1 II.
