The motion was granted with respect to defendant Ganeshkrupa 86 Corporation (“Ganeshkrupa 86”). Dkt. No. 62. The Court denied without prejudice the motion to withdraw as counsel for defendant Gennaro’s Limited Liability Company (“Gennaro’s”).
