No. 95, and defense counsel’s motion to withdraw, Dkt. No. 94. Having read and considered the papers filed by the Parties, the Court DENIES Plaintiff’s motion for a writ of attachment and motion to strike, DENIES as moot Defendant Su’s application to expunge lis pendens, GRANTS defense counsel’s motion to withdraw, and GRANTS Plaintiff’s motion for alternative service of process.1 24 25
