Plaintiff Samuel Love filed this case alleging violations under the Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”), 42 U.S.C. § 12101 et seq. The court dismissed Plaintiff’s First Amended Complaint with prejudice. Order on Mot. to Dismiss (“MTD Order”) [Docket No. 17.] Defendant CHSP TRS San Francisco now moves for attorneys’ fees under 42 U.S.C. § 12205 and/or sanctions pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 11, 28 U.S.C. § 1927, or the court’s inherent powers.
