12 Pending before the Court are Plaintiffs’ motions for final approval of class action settlement and for attorneys’ fees, costs, and incentive award. Dkt. Nos. 174, 175. The Court held a final fairness hearing on February 24, 2022. For the reasons detailed below, the Court GRANTS both motions. I. BACKGROUND A. Factual Allegations and Procedural Background Plaintiffs brought this securities class action lawsuit against Defendants Aqua Metals, Inc. (“Aqua Metals”) and some of its officers and directors in December 2017. See Dkt. No. 1.
