Plaintiffs Justin Ocampo, Fernando Pineiro, Tyler Hutchinson, Hisham Khan, and Diana Crow (“Plaintiffs”) bring this action against Defendant Apple Inc. (“Defendant”) on behalf of themselves and members of a putative class, asserting thirteen claims related to an alleged product defect in certain MacBook Pro laptops. Before the Court is Defendant’s motion to dismiss the second amended class action complaint (“SAC”). Defendant’s Motion to Dismiss Second Amended Complaint (“Mot.”), Dkt. No. 38.
