In this action alleging violations of California state employment laws, named plaintiffs Shawn McCarty, Fabian Guerrero, and David Babcock move for class certification. Dkt. No. 106. The parties’ familiarity with the record is assumed, and the motion is denied. DISCUSSION Defendants SMG, SMG Holdings I, LLC, and SMG Holdings II, LLC “operate large venues throughout the State of California, including in the cities of Stockton, California and San Francisco, California, including convention centers, arenas and theaters.” Dkt. No. 79 (TAC) ¶ 20.
