12 This matter comes before the Court upon consideration of Defendants’ motion to dismiss Plaintiffs’ First Amended Class Action Complaint (“FAC”), and the parties’ responses to an Order to Show Cause issued on April 19, 2021, directing the parties to show cause why this case should not be transferred pursuant to 28 U.S.C. section 1404(a).
