INTRODUCTION Plaintiff Gary Wang filed this action in January 2020, asserting employment-related claims against Defendants EHang Holdings Limited, Guangzhou EHang Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., Huazhi Hu, Derrick Yifang Xiong, Shang-Wen Hsiao, and Richard Jian Liu.
