14 On June 3, 2022, the Court held the continued hearing on plaintiffs’ motions to consolidate 15 and for appointment of lead plaintiff and lead counsel. For the reasons set forth below, the Court 16 GRANTS the motions to consolidate and GRANTS the revised proposal for appointment of co-lead 17 plaintiffs and co-lead counsel.
